"Terrible experience are you saying State Farm has been the only agency I’ve ever been insured under in my whole life I have a awesome driving record and due to their underwriting process they have dropped me from auto insurance. The agent was great but was misinformed and when I got home, Insurance , I was forced to change my auto insurance from one State Farm broker to another and Mr. rope has State Farm to drop a loyal customer of 20+ years. I would not do business with an Agent that cares so little about their customers and will not allow their sales team to make changes!"

"Update 2 weeks later STILL no refund. Our policy increased over and over again and when we finally had enough when it went from 800 to almost 1125 with no explanation we said enough is enough and every other insurance company offered us under what we had even been paying prior to the last hike up. We cancelled. A gentleman called me a few days later asking what had happened getting feedback. A month later $1125 was pulled from my account. I immediately emailed and called and spoke to (Ryan the same gentleman) he apologized and said it was his fault he accidentally didn’t cancel the auto draft and was refunding immediately. A week goes by and today I emailed to ask if they sent refund electronically or by check because I haven’t gotten it I was then told it had just been processed by state farm and would be sent to my bank today and it’ll be another 3-5 business days. $1125 isn’t a small amount to accidentally charge someone and to not find a way to fast track a refund and to just hide behind apologies and stating it’s state farms policy and this was the fastest way is in acceptable."
